Drax

Meet Drax, a distinguished gentleman of approximately 8 years and 70 lbs, who is looking for his forever home. Visually resembling an American Bully mix, Drax is a big-hearted goofball with an immense amount of love to give. He greets everyone with enthusiastic tail wags, slobbery kisses, and a giant signature smile. Drax has been waiting far too long for his happily-ever-after and is our longest-running "Underdog." He is more than ready for a couch to call his own and a family to love him as deeply as he loves them.

Ideal Home

Drax wants to be the center of attention and will do best as the only pet in the home where he can receive all of your affection. Because he is so devoted to his humans, he would thrive with a family that is home often.

Drax is a healthy boy with no known health conditions to report.

Training & Support

Drax walks beautifully on a leash and is the ultimate co-pilot, riding perfectly in the car. He absolutely adores people and firmly believes that laps are meant for sitting, regardless of his size. He is happiest when he is right next to his humans. Crates are not Drax's favorite place right now, but he is fully capable of adjusting with proper routine and training. To set you both up for success, the rescue will provide a complimentary heavy-duty crate to help him safely transition into his new routine.
