Squid

Squid is a tiny puppy with an effervescent personality, despite her challenging start in life. Found paralyzed on the roadside, she acts as if she has no clue about her condition and truly embodies the spirit of making the best of any situation. While she won't be walking on four legs, she's incredibly fast and navigates her world with incredible speed and agility. She'll come with her custom wheels, though she often moves with impressive speed even without them.

Ongoing Health

Squid is a special needs girl and will require ongoing care to manage her paralysis. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, and microchipped. If over 6 months of age, they are heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home.

Training & Support

No specific training needs were mentioned, but a home that can provide love, patience, and support will be key to Squid's happiness.

Transportation

We adopt within a 2-hour radius of Dayton, OH, and require a home visit for each dog we adopt out. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
