Charlie

Charlie arrived with us in June of 2024, and our vet believes he is about 9 years old. He came to us underweight and with some sores, and it looks like his tail may have been broken at some point in his past. Charlie experiences seizures, but they are well-managed with medication. His monthly medication costs are around $20, and he needs bloodwork every six months. He is a house-trained boy who gets along well with other animals and loves to snuggle in bed with his person. Charlie enjoys walks and is good with children. He is a bit overweight, currently weighing almost 25 pounds, but his ideal weight is around 18 pounds. He really loves his food!

Ideal Home

Charlie would love a home where he can share a bed and go for walks.

Charlie has seizures that are well-controlled with medication. He requires monthly medication (approx. $20/month) and bloodwork every six months.

Training & Support

Charlie is house-trained and good with other animals and children. He does need to lose some weight, so a diet-conscious family would be ideal.
