Whoopi - A Sweet Girl Hoping for a Miracle

Whoopi is an unforgettable girl who was found abandoned and diagnosed with heartworm. Thanks to dedicated care, she's recovering beautifully and ready for the life she deserves. She's a total lovebug who melts for belly rubs and cuddles, especially in bed! While she has bursts of playful energy, she's mostly calm and happy napping by your side. Her adorable smile and squishy cheeks will steal your heart. Whoopi is a smart cookie, already potty trained and eager to learn. She respects your home, only chews her toys, and enjoys car rides. She's deeply loyal and forms incredible bonds with her family.

Ideal Home

Whoopi has Queen energy and would do best in a home without cats. We're still learning her preferences with other dogs, as she had one altercation with a dog known to be dog-aggressive. A fenced yard would be ideal as she continues to build confidence.

Ongoing Health

Whoopi is recovering from heartworm and is well on her way to a full recovery.

Training & Support

Whoopi is potty trained and knows "sit." She's learning routines quickly and respects household rules. She's beginning leash training and has made great progress. We'll continue working on her social skills with other dogs.
