Tia the scruffiest scruff

Tia is a delightful 30lb terrier mix, about 1.5 years young, who is ready to leave her past behind and embrace a loving future. Her former owner mentioned she "needed a real family," and when our rescue partners welcomed her, it was clear she had endured neglect. Covered in fleas, with a filthy collar and overgrown nails, she was also underweight. Despite these hardships, her capacity for love shone through, and she clearly cherished her previous owner. Now, Tia is ready for her new life, where she will be cherished and never treated unkindly again. She's already spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and gets along wonderfully with both dogs and cats.
