Chuckie may start off a little cautious, but once he knows he is safe, his goofy, lovable personality shines through. He is 5 months old and is a Bully mixed breed. He's the thoughtful one of the group. He might take a moment to observe before jumping in, but don't let that fool you because he absolutely loves to play once he has a little time to warm up. This adorable, chunky pup is expected to grow into a medium-sized, sturdy build.

Ongoing Health
Chuckie is a puppy and will require a series of vaccines as he grows. While we provide as many age-appropriate vaccines as possible, he may still need additional boosters after adoption. We start puppies on the leptospirosis vaccine when age-appropriate, but he may not have completed the full series before adoption. Your adoption counselor will review his vaccine record with you so you know exactly what has been done and what may still be needed with your veterinarian.
Training & Support
Chuckie is a thoughtful pup who may need a little time to warm up to new people and situations. Patience and positive reinforcement will be key to helping him build confidence and blossom into his full, affectionate personality.

- You must be a Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont or Maine resident.
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- All household members must be aware of and involved in the adoption.
- If you rent, proof of landlord approval for pets is required.
- If you own your home, proof of homeownership is required.
- Current pets in the home must be up to date on veterinary care and spayed or neutered. Veterinary records are required.
- Any current dogs in the home must complete an onsite meet and greet with Chuckie.
