Acer

Meet Acer! He's a handsome 8-9 month old Chocolate Lab/Bully mix, weighing around 40 lbs. Acer was a bit timid when he first arrived, but thanks to the wonderful care from his foster family, he's healing beautifully and gaining confidence every day. He's a sweet boy who has done well with kids, cats, and other dogs, and he loves playing outdoors with his canine friends. Acer is now up-to-date on vaccinations, neutered, and ready to find his loving forever home!

Ideal Home

Acer has shown he can do well with kids, cats, and dogs. He would not be a good fit for a home with livestock.

Ongoing Health

Acer was treated for mange and has healed beautifully. He will have a full, gorgeous coat of fur in no time!

Training & Support

Acer is still building his confidence and improving daily. New environments and routines can sometimes lead to accidents, even with well-trained animals, so patience and understanding will be key as he adjusts to his new home.

• Adoptions are not on a first-come, first-served basis.
• There is no fee to apply.
• The adoption fee for dogs is $195, which includes a vet check, age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies vaccination (if at least 16 weeks), and spay/neuter surgery.
