Trip

Trip was found as a stray puppy with his mom and litter mates in California. We scooped Trip up and quickly got him into foster where he's doing an amazing job of learning to live in a home, cuddle with the humans, have good potty habits and start basic training. He's a strikingly handsome puppy who just wants to feel safe and loved!

Trip is around 20 pounds and estimated to be born on 3/11/26. His mom is around 40 pounds full grown, and we think Trip will likely be around 45-50 pounds full grown. His best guess on breed mix is Border Collie/German Shepherd.

Ideal Home

Trip does excellent with other dogs and we would love to see him land in a home with another friendly dog, as other dogs definitely help boost his confidence. He is also good with cats and has been fostered with them for the past 3 weeks with no issues. Trip can be a little shy and active, so we recommend a home with kids ages 8+ as younger children may be overwhelming to him.

Ongoing Health

Trip has had two rounds of puppy vaccines and dewormer, is microchipped and current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. His adoption fee includes his neuter surgery.

Training & Support

Trip is doing excellent with his potty habits and has had zero accidents in foster for the past 3 weeks. He also does well in the crate and sleeps there at night without issue.
