Rascal is a sweet, 16-pound boy whose story is heartbreaking. A month ago, he and his best friend were dumped together and left to survive on their own. Tragically, his friend passed away before they could be safely rescued. Rascal was understandably terrified and wary, but now that he knows he's safe, his loving personality is shining through. He's a boy who just wants kindness and a chance at a better life.
