Lexi

Lexi is a sweet, silly, and spunky 7-year-old female Podenco who came all the way from Spain. She's a medium-sized girl at 39 pounds, though she's currently working on a weight loss journey with her foster family and aims to lose at least 10 pounds. Lexi is playful and cuddly, and while she's always been leash-walked, she's really enjoying her time in a foster home with a fenced yard. She handled recent changes in her life with resilience and continues to be a happy, bounciest girl full of life.

Ideal Home

Lexi would thrive in a home where she can continue her weight loss journey and enjoy some outdoor space, ideally with a fenced yard. She gets along well with other dogs and cats, as long as the cats are dog-savvy.

Ongoing Health

Lexi is currently on a weight loss program and we'd like to see her lose at least 10 pounds. She is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Lexi is house-trained and has experience with leash walking. She's a quick learner and eager to please, so with consistency and encouragement, she'll continue to be a wonderful companion.
