Meet Mable Butterfield, affectionately known as "Buttons"! This sweet 8-year-old Shih Tzu mix is a delightful 12 pounds of pure charm, boasting a lovely black-and-white coat. Mable arrived at our shelter from another rescue, bringing with her a heart full of love and a gentle spirit, all in search of her forever family. She's a master of affection, soaking up every bit of attention and reminding everyone she meets of the joy a devoted companion can bring. Whether she's nudging you for pets, trotting by your side, or snuggling close, Mable's happiest moments are spent sharing her love. Despite her refined age, Mable still has a playful spark, enjoying little adventures and adding sunshine to your days. She's the perfect blend of playful pup and cozy cuddle bug, making her a wonderful addition to almost any household. Mable also has a knack for making friends and would be thrilled to have another dog to share her days with!
Ideal Home
Mable would love a home where she can be close to her people and enjoy gentle playtime and snuggle sessions. She gets along well with other dogs but should not be placed in a home with large breed dogs due to her small size and past experiences.

Mable is up-to-date on her vaccines, microchipped, and spayed. Her adoption fee includes all of these services.
Training & Support
Mable is a well-behaved girl who enjoys companionship. Her easygoing nature makes her adaptable and a joy to have around.
