Sweets

Sweets is a distinguished lady, around 10-11 years young, with a lovely frosty face that has melted hearts from the moment she arrived. She's a gentle and calm soul, possibly a Chow/Lab mix, who absolutely adores human company. Sweets has a special talent for wriggling into just the right spot on your lap for maximum belly rub potential. She's proven herself to be a well-behaved companion at the vet and during public events, truly a gem of a dog. While she's been okay with calm dogs, she prefers to be treated with gentle respect and will appropriately correct and disengage from overly boisterous canine friends.

Ideal Home

Sweets would thrive in a home that appreciates her calm demeanor and offers gentle interactions. She prefers not to be jumped on or pushed around.

Ongoing Health

Sweets's bloodwork is excellent, but she does have a dental procedure scheduled. Her new family will need to partner with us to ensure she gets this important care.

Training & Support

Sweets is a well-behaved girl who has done well in public and at the vet. Her gentle nature means she's a pleasure to be around.

• Applications to adopt Sweets begin by contacting us through Wags.
• Please check your spam folder for our email replies, as they sometimes end up there.
• The adoption fee is $250.
• Adoption includes: Spay or neuter, heartworm test, age-appropriate vaccines, rabies (if old enough), Bordetella, age-appropriate wormer, flea preventative, heartworm preventative, and a microchip with registration.
• We cannot hold animals for more than 7 days after application approval.

Transportation

Sweets is located in Indianapolis, IN. Adopters are required to come to us to meet her. We cannot ship or transport animals.
