Billy is a goofy, lovable puppy who adores both snuggling and playing. He was surrendered to Abandoned Pet Rescue when his previous family could no longer care for him. In his previous home, he lived with another dog and learned basic commands and potty training. He appears to be a Bulldog mix. Billy is a vaccinated, microchipped, and will be neutered before adoption.
