He thrives with dogs that enjoy rough-and-rowdy, pushy play and would love to have dog siblings. He could also be happy as an only dog if his humans are ready to keep him engaged and active. A cat-free home would be ideal because he can be a little too playful with them, though he could potentially go into a home with cats if they have safe escape spaces and he has a playful dog companion to redirect his energy. He loves kids and does well with them, but older children who can handle his bouncy play and occasional hops of love would be the best fit. George is adaptable and could do well in an apartment with an active family or a home with a yard.
