Meet Cayenne!

Cayenne is a 2-year-old Lab who is ready for her new adventure! She's a playful pup who loves a good game of fetch and is eager to please, especially when treats are involved. She and her sister, Carolina, were rescued from a high-kill shelter and are now in our care, making a difference by donating blood to help other animals. Cayenne is available to be adopted with her sister or on her own.

Ideal Home

Cayenne would thrive in a home that can offer her plenty of playtime and opportunities for training.

Ongoing Health

Cayenne has received all necessary vetting, including DAPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, as well as spay/neuter surgery, flea and heartworm prevention, and microchipping.

Training & Support

Cayenne is a food-motivated learner and will do well with continued training and positive reinforcement. Understanding that she is a rescue, she will benefit from a patient and loving approach as she continues to settle into her forever home.

Transportation

Cayenne is currently located in Texas. Transportation is available to VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, TN, KY, IN, IL, WI, MN & OH, LA. AZ transport is coming soon! Specific pick-up locations and times will be arranged by our adoption coordinator. Private custom transport routes are available upon request with the adopting family being financially responsible. For Texas adopters, there is a flat rate of $250 for transport within the state. Animals are transported in comfortable, air-conditioned buses or vans with onboard attendants. You can follow your pet's journey on a private Facebook event page with photos and updates. For those picking up at our Angleton, Texas location, there is a $75 fee which includes all vetting.
