Vivian

Vivian is a young adult bully mix with a gentle and hopeful spirit. She came to us from a difficult past that left her extremely shy and unsure of the world. While she takes time to warm up to new people, especially men, she tends to trust women a bit faster. Vivian is slowly blossoming and learning what it means to feel safe. Her kennel has become her comfort zone, a place she retreats to for quiet time. She enjoys playing with toys, especially stuffed ones, and observing the world from the patio window. Vivian gets along wonderfully with small dogs, which helps her feel more secure.

Ideal Home

Vivian would thrive in a home where she can continue to build her confidence. Because she is prey-driven, she cannot be in a home with cats.

Ongoing Health

Vivian is up-to-date on vaccinations and spayed.

Training & Support

Vivian is still working on basic training and is not yet house or kennel trained. She pulls on the leash during walks but truly enjoys being outside. Mealtime requires a slow feeder or puzzle bowl, and she may need assistance holding it to prevent tipping. Patience and consistency will be key to her continued growth.
