Meet Snoop! This handsome Harlequin Great Dane is around 1 year old and weighing in at 88 lbs, though he's currently a bit underweight and gaining nicely. Snoop is a sweet, affectionate boy with a giant heart and a personality to match! He loves his people and bonds closely, eager to be part of the family. Snoop has that classic Great Dane charm – goofy, loving, playful, and sometimes a little unaware of his own size! He approaches life with enthusiasm and is very food motivated, which makes training a breeze. He's already learning commands like "sit" and is eager to please.
Ideal Home
Snoop would do best with a confident, playful canine companion who enjoys big-dog play. Slow introductions are recommended. He's not recommended for homes with cats due to a high chase drive. Older, larger children are recommended due to his size and energetic nature. A family who understands giant breeds and can provide consistency, structure, and positive guidance will help him thrive.
Ongoing Health
Snoop is recovering from recent medical care and is feeling much better, gaining weight, and ready for his fresh start. All dogs adopted from Just Giants Rescue are up to date on vaccines (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Some exceptions may apply.
Training & Support
Snoop is working on his leash skills and has great potty habits, indicating when he needs to go out and not having indoor accidents. He has done well seeing another dog through a crate, though more details are unknown. He loves car rides but a seatbelt leash or barrier is recommended as he likes to be close to his people.

Snoop is located in Wilmington, IL. Transportation from the foster home to the adopter is the responsibility of the adopter to coordinate. Just Giants does not adopt outside of the continental US.
