Meet Angel! She's an approximately 4-5-year-old, medium-sized Husky mix weighing around 35lbs. Angel is a sweet girl looking for a new forever home. She comes from a hoarding case in Holland, Michigan, where 30 Husky mixes lived. Sadly, her former owner passed away and struggled with health issues that made it difficult to care for all the dogs. Angel was fortunate to be spayed, and her original name, "Angel," suits her perfectly.
These pups are not your typical hoarding case dogs; they are all very sweet, well-mannered, and well-behaved. Angel is crate-trained (though she prefers a sturdy plastic crate over a wire one), knows some basic commands, and understands potty training.
Ideal Home
Angel would thrive in a home with a securely fenced-in yard or a family that understands she may never be trustworthy off-leash. She would do best with docile male dogs and would not do well with cats, as she would likely chase them. Due to her skittish nature, she is not suited for homes with young children but would be fine with older kids. Angel is looking for a low-commotion, quiet home, ideally with a couple of doggie friends.
Ongoing Health
Angel is spayed, fully vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and heartworm negative. She is currently on preventatives.
Training & Support
Angel can be a bit skittish and nervous, taking a few minutes to warm up to strangers. Once she feels comfortable, she becomes very affectionate and will want to shower you with kisses. Patience and a calm environment will help her settle in.
