Enzo Baby is a 5-month-old German Shepherd mix, weighing around 37 lbs. He's a bundle of sweetness with oversized ears and paws, and fur softer than a bunny. Enzo is the ultimate companion, happy to join you on any adventure, whether it's a beach trip, a car ride, or just snoozing at your feet. He's incredibly gentle, affectionate, and devoted once he knows you, earning him the nickname "little shadow" from his foster. He truly thrives when included in his people's lives.
Ideal Home
Enzo would be happiest in a home with a friendly canine companion, as he absolutely loves other dogs and learns from them. He also met a cat named Biggie and was very respectful, showing no interest in chasing and seeming comfortable around him. Enzo is a well-balanced puppy who enjoys adventures but is also relaxed around the house, making him potentially a great fit for an apartment, condo, or home with a backyard.
Ongoing Health
Enzo is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP vaccinations with booster, Bordetella, Rabies, multiple deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. He has also been tested for heartworms.
Training & Support
Enzo is a smart boy who is already crate trained, potty trained, and has wonderful house manners. He walks beautifully in the car and is learning to walk nicely on leash. He is very food-motivated, which will make continuing his training fun and rewarding. While he can be a little shy meeting new people initially, he is gaining confidence through socialization and outings with his foster.

Enzo is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide via our rescue-run USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. You can track your pet's journey in real-time and receive photo updates. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
