Diego

Diego is a GORGEOUS Portuguese Waterdog mix, possibly with some Poodle and Labrador in his lineage. He's about 2 years old and weighs around 55 pounds, with an expected adult weight of 60-65 pounds. Diego has soft, long, black poodle fur and beautiful dark eyes, but the most striking thing about him is his heart – it's truly that of a teddy bear! He was rescued from a local shelter and is an energetic boy who loves to jump and leap. Once he's had a good play session or a brisk walk, Diego settles down nicely and is quite calm, enjoying cuddles and giving big hugs. He's ready for adventures and will make a wonderful companion.

Ideal Home

Diego would thrive in a home with a dog-loving person who understands that he'll need a little time to adjust and settle in.

Ongoing Health

Diego is microchipped and vaccinated. He will be neutered soon.

Training & Support

Diego is housebroken on a schedule. He's a quick learner and will benefit from continued positive reinforcement as he adjusts to his new home.
