Meet Lyric! This beautiful 2-year-old retriever mix is a true survivor, arriving all the way from Kuwait! She spent her early life on the streets of Western Asia before our rescue partners intervened, bringing her to us for a second chance at a loving forever home. Lyric is a friendly and happy girl who adores other dogs. She can be a little shy when you first meet her, but with some gentle encouragement and tasty treats, her wonderful personality truly shines through. She's an athletic and eager companion, ready for adventures and to be a cherished member of a family. Lyric also has a special love for water and comes with a reduced adoption fee, making her an even more wonderful catch! We promised Lyric that the rest of her life would be the best of her life, and we hope you can make that promise come true for her.

Ideal Home

Lyric loves other dogs and would likely do well in a home with canine companions.

Lyric has been spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Lyric is currently working on household manners and leash skills. She is athletic and eager to learn, making her a prime candidate for continued training and enrichment.

Transporation

Lyric is located in South Carolina and we transport to the northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their pet. We offer local or virtual meet-and-greets with an application on file.
