Twix

I'm Twix, a 4-year-old, 72-pound Rhodesian Ridgeback mix with a heart full of gratitude for my rescuer! I'm a total sweetheart who thrives on attention, from belly rubs and brushing to exciting walks, car rides, and of course, delicious treats! I love being by my people's side and would be thrilled to join you on adventures to dog-friendly places. I get along wonderfully with other dogs, and given my enthusiastic play style, canine companions closer to my size would be ideal. I'm making great progress with potty training and am so close to mastering it! As a strong boy, I do tend to pull on the leash, so a harness is recommended for our walks.

Ideal Home

I dream of a home with a fenced yard where I can romp and play to my heart's content – apartment living isn't for me. A canine buddy would be a bonus, but I'm also happy to be your one and only, as long as I receive plenty of love and attention. I haven't met cats or children yet, but I can be tested if needed.

Ongoing Health

My adoption fee of $150 covers my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip.

Training & Support

I'm still working on mastering potty training and can pull on the leash during walks, so a harness is recommended.

• The adopter is responsible for coming to get the dog and returning the dog if the adoption does not work out.
