Leggs

Leggs is a resilient 1-year-old pup weighing 32 pounds, working hard to become part of the world around him. While he's naturally timid due to being feral for the first three months of his life, he's been bravely approaching new challenges and has become an amazing dog at home. Leggs is very intelligent and sensitive. He's a bit of a cuddler and loves wrapping himself up in a blanket and hunkering down with his soft toys. He's fantastic on a leash and incredibly gentle with myself, my children, and other dogs, including a super senior dog.

Ideal Home

Leggs' perfect home would be one that understands his initial need to decompress. He is not a fan of cats, so no kitties please.

Ongoing Health

Leggs is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

He is crate trained, goes to the door when he needs to go potty, leash trained, and doing well on basic obedience and threshold training. He's done well on trips to the park, long-leash walking on nature trails, and trips to pet-friendly stores. After he has time to decompress, you can expect the most loyal and intuitive companion.
