Meet Lightening! This 1-2-year-old boy is a truly special pup. Born blind, Lightening has developed an amazing knack for escaping enclosures and opening doors – all because he loves to be close to his people! He's a playful lap dog who adores attention. Lightening would thrive with a family or individual who can spend a lot of time with him, whether at home or on adventures. While he tolerates other dogs, he doesn't particularly love them. He also has some food aggression, so he's kenneled during mealtimes to ensure everyone's safety and comfort.

Ideal Home

Lightening would do best with a family or person who is home a lot, whether you work from home or enjoy traveling together. He tolerates other dogs but would likely be happiest as the sole canine companion.

Ongoing Health

Lightening was born blind. He is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Lightening has some food aggression and needs to be kenneled during mealtimes. His escape-artist abilities mean secure enclosures are a must!
