Poppy

Poppy is a smart, active, and loving young female Pointer mix who is a big lap dog and her favorite thing to do is snuggle. She has come so far with her socialization and is no longer shy or scared. She is a willing participant in everything and with everyone in the family. Poppy gets along with all dogs and her best friend is a cat. She is very clever, tracks, and hunts, but she is very afraid of loud noises and loud engines, so hunting is probably not the job for her. Poppy was raised with little human interaction but is quick to learn and eager to please. She enjoys running around outside and exploring. She is an amazing, loyal companion who just wants to be loved and is the perfect dog for you if you are looking for a sweet companion.

Ideal Home

Poppy would do best in a home that can offer her patience as she continues to learn to trust people. She is great with all dogs, cats, and children of all ages.

Poppy is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Poppy is house-trained. While she is clever and enjoys hunting and barking, her favorite activities involve running around outside. She is a little on the shyer side because she is still learning to trust people, but she is gentle and very eager to please.
