My name is Henry, but most people call me Handsome Henry! I'm a sweet, affectionate guy who enjoys meeting new people and making friends. I love being part of the doggy pack here and spending time with my favorite humans. While people don't scare me, loud noises and unfamiliar things are a little overwhelming at times, so I appreciate gentle encouragement when faced with something new. Walks are at the top of my favorite activities list! I enjoy getting outside, exploring the neighborhood, and taking in all the exciting smells. I also like to play with my foster fur siblings. I am not overly rowdy and have the perfect blend of being able to have a little fun but calming down nicely! You can often find me curled up on the couch ready for a good snuggle session. I'm also a pretty easy roommate. I'm potty trained, crate trained, and sleep peacefully through the night. I get along well with other dogs and enjoy having doggy friends around. Cats? They don't bother me, I just ignore them and go about my day. I'm a loving, loyal companion with a gentle heart, good manners, and plenty of cuddles to give!
Ideal Home
I would love a home where I would have a canine companion. Having another dog around helps me feel more secure and gives me someone to look to when I'm unsure. A doggy sibling could really help me continue building confidence and trust as I settle into my new life.
Ongoing Health
All age-appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if over 6 months of age at the time of adoption have been provided.
Training & Support
I am potty trained, crate trained, and sleep peacefully through the night. I can be a little uncertain about new experiences and appreciate gentle encouragement when faced with something new.

Transporation
Henry is located at our rescue. We do offer transport within a 3-hour radius of our rescue facility.
