About April Bandera

Meet April, an 8-month-old sweetheart weighing around 32 lbs! She's a wonderful blend of playful puppy energy and gentle affection. We believe she might be a pit/lab mix, but her most remarkable quality is her loving and tender personality. April is incredibly sweet-natured with a soft, submissive demeanor. She lives with larger dogs and does wonderfully with them, happily following their lead and being part of the pack. She can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but with a little time, she truly blossoms. Once she feels safe, she showers you with love with her whole wiggly body and full-body tail wags that will melt your heart! Her favorite things include soft toys, squeaky toys (her absolute favorite!), cozy naps after playtime, and gentle snuggles once she knows you. Like any puppy, her days are a happy rhythm of play, nap, and repeat, bringing so much joy wherever she goes.

Ideal Home

April is looking for a family ready to guide her as she grows. She'll thrive with structure, patience, and positive training.

Ongoing Health

April is a healthy puppy. All vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12-month heartworm preventative injection, heartworm test and treatment if needed, and a microchip with free lifetime registration are included in the adoption fee.

Training & Support

April is at the perfect age to build a strong bond. We do require adopters to commit to crate training, which helps set her up for success with potty training and confidence.
