Rodeo

Meet Rodeo! This extra-large, lovable goofball is full of heart and eager to connect. Rodeo is a one-of-a-kind companion who is deaf but communicates beautifully using hand signals and a vibrating collar. He already knows Heel, Stop, Sit, and Come, and he’s always ready to learn more with someone patient, kind, and willing to meet him where he’s at. Rodeo is an affectionate pup with a playful spirit who loves his people. He enjoys carrying his special blanket and napping in the sun. Rodeo previously lived with a 3-year-old child and two other dogs, and his former adopters adored him. Sadly, he was returned due to life circumstances, not his own fault. Rodeo has been reunited with his best friend, Lydia, a three-legged sweetheart, and they share a special bond. While they don’t have to be adopted together, we’d love to see them go to a home as a pair.

Ongoing Health

Rodeo is deaf, but this does not slow him down! He is well-adjusted and manages with hand signals and a vibrating collar. All our dogs receive the best in veterinary care and are spay/neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and fully vaccinated.

Training & Support

Rodeo knows Heel, Stop, Sit, and Come, and is eager to learn more.
