Mocha has officially arrived in Wisconsin after being rescued from a high-intake kill shelter in Georgia. She is now settling in with her foster family and enjoying the safety, love, and care she deserves while she waits for her forever home. This happy little pup has left her past behind and is ready for the next chapter of her life. Now all she needs is a family to say "yes" and give her the loving home she's been waiting for. Mocha is one of five pups in the "Brown Litter," all approximately 10-11 weeks old and weighing 7-8 pounds. They were found as strays alongside their mama and brought to safety. Despite their difficult start, these puppies are everything you'd hope for—happy, friendly, playful, and always ready to make new friends. Like typical puppies, they love playing together, exploring their surroundings, and soaking up attention from everyone they meet. We believe Mocha is a Hound mix and expect she will grow into a medium-sized dog, making her a wonderful companion for families, individuals, and anyone looking to add a fun-loving pup to their home.
Ideal Home
Mocha would thrive in a home that can provide her with plenty of love, attention, and opportunities to play and explore. She is good with dogs, cats, and children, making her a great addition to many types of households.
Ongoing Health
Mocha is not yet altered. Her adoption fee includes spay/neuter, up-to-date dewormer, vaccinations, and heartworm prevention.
Training & Support
Mocha is still learning important puppy basics, including potty training, crate training, and leash walking. With patience, consistency, and lots of love, she will grow into a loyal and loving companion.

- Complete and submit the adoption application.
- Approved applicants will be notified via phone call and email.
- A 5-day foster-to-adopt trial period is offered after approval to ensure the right fit.
- If adoption is finalized, a home visit will be conducted (in person or via Zoom).
- For puppies not yet fixed, Mutt Life will reimburse $125 for the spay/neuter procedure upon proof of surgery.

Mocha is currently in Wisconsin. She can be transported to approved adopters.
