Shasta

Shasta is an estimated four-month-old, resilient pup, weighing around 20 lbs. She and her littermates were found at about three months of age on a property with many neglected dogs. Upon intake, they were feral, but Shasta has made significant progress over the last month and is now showing social behaviors. Her littermates have all been adopted, and to make space for her, she'll be joining our rescue. We are excited to watch her continue to grow and blossom in foster care.

Ideal Home

Shasta would likely thrive in a home with another dog who can help her learn the ropes of being a well-adjusted canine companion.

Ongoing Health

Shasta is up-to-date on core vaccinations (Rabies and DPPV) and has received preventative care and a recent health check with a veterinarian.

Training & Support

While Shasta has made great strides in her socialization, she is still learning and would benefit from continued positive reinforcement and guidance in her foster home.

• The adoption fee is $575, which includes spay/neuter (on contract, if applicable), vaccinations, preventative care, microchip with lifetime registration, and a recent health check.

Transporation

Shasta is located in the greater Seattle area and will be available for adoption once evaluated in foster care.
