Hi there, my name is Theo! I’m a gorgeous black Cocker Spaniel boy, nearly 6 years old and 32 lbs of pure handsome. I’m a total Velcro dog — I like to know where my humans are at all times, and I get a little upset when I lose sight of you in the house (the betrayal! LOL). But here’s the thing: I actually settle down just fine when you leave the house. I’m a big cuddler and I do best with humans who are home more often than not, because cuddle time is my favorite time. I get along GREAT with other dogs and I want a canine sibling in my forever home...I am so much happier and I thrive with a fur sibling. I’m wonderful with all humans, including kids 10 and up, and I did great at the groomer (look how handsome I clean up!). I am house-trained, love going on walks, great in the car, and I could play with toys and run around the yard for hours. When playtime’s over, I nap like a champ, and at night I sleep soundly nearby or right up on the big bed with you. Now a couple things for you to know —- this cherry eye will be fixed soon and I have allergies. I need a limited ingredient food to help manage them and regular ear cleaning. I am already doing TONS better thanks. I’m a well-tempered, easygoing boy looking for a family who wants a devoted shadow and an excellent cuddle buddy. Could that be you?
Ideal Home
Theo would love a home where he has a canine sibling. He thrives with other dogs and is much happier with a furry friend. He also enjoys a home where his humans are around more often, as he loves to cuddle and be close to his people.
Ongoing Health
Theo has allergies that are managed with a limited ingredient diet and require regular ear cleaning. His cherry eye will be surgically repaired soon.
