Boo Bear

Boo Bear is ready for her next adventure! This sweet 8.5-year-old Weimaraner girl is looking for a new best friend after her owner passed away. Boo Bear has worked hard to gain her confidence and come out of her shell, and we're so happy to say she has a lovely personality! She can be a little shy and unsure in new situations, but she's willing to try if you are!

Ideal Home

Boo Bear is crate trained, potty trained, and happy to relax in a space she knows as home, which sometimes includes her crate when she needs some "me" time. She prefers to be with another laid-back dog who can show her the ropes in a new environment. She's not a fan of cats or farm animals, but would do great with older children who understand it will take some time for her to settle in.

Ongoing Health

Boo Bear is a bit chunky and has lost a few pounds, but could still benefit from losing a few more to keep her healthy and relieve pressure on her hips as she gets older.

Training & Support

Boo Bear will need some refreshers on leash walking. As a big girl, learning to walk without pulling on the leash will be important for enjoyable walks.
