ANASTASIA

Well, hello there! My name is ANASTASIA, and I'm a charming Labrador/Corgi mix, approximately 5 years old and weighing around 37.5 lbs. I was found at a boarding facility with my sisters after my previous owner never returned. While I'm grateful for the care I received, I'm so ready to find my forever home in Canada! I'm a very affectionate and calm girl who loves people and other dogs. I even wiggle when I get pets! You can often find me basking in the sun or enjoying a good nap after some playtime.

Ideal Home

I would do best in a home where my adopter is prepared to help me with my prey drive, as I'm unsure how I'll react to smaller critters. I haven't met children or cats, so a patient introduction would be best.

Ongoing Health

I am spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. I will be tested for heartworm before I fly to Canada. Please note that rescue dogs may require dental work after adoption, and any associated costs are the adopter's responsibility.

Training & Support

I'm working on my leash manners, as I can get a bit excited and bark at passing dogs. A well-fitted harness and consistent training will help me improve! I'm also still learning housetraining, so frequent potty breaks and positive reinforcement will be key.
