Petey

My name is Petey, and I am an adorable male beagle who is around 4 years old and weighs about 30lbs. I get along great with the cats and other dogs in my foster home. While I'm not much of a toy player, I absolutely love to romp and play with the other dogs. I promise to be respectful, and I would love a home with another dog who enjoys playing just as much as I do! Because I love to run and play, a fenced-in yard is a must, especially since I'm a beagle with a nose for chasing bunnies and squirrels. If you've seen my video, you know I love to sing the beagle song, so I'd do best in a home without shared walls where my beautiful voice won't disturb the neighbors. The good news is, I am already house-trained!

Ideal Home

I would love a home with another dog to play with and a securely fenced-in yard. A home without shared walls would also be ideal due to my beagle "singing."

Ongoing Health

All HoundSong Rescue dogs are vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. We also offer GPS Fi Collars for an additional $100 fee. Our adoption coordinators can provide more information about these collars.

Training & Support

I am house-trained. I enjoy playing with other dogs and would thrive with a canine playmate.

• Adoption Fee: $300
• No meet and greets will be scheduled without the completion and approval of an adoption application.
• All our dogs live in foster homes, so a meet and greet will have to be scheduled with the foster family.

I am currently in a foster home. We can discuss transportation options once your application is approved.
