About Iris Darling Love

Meet Iris, a delightful 5-month-old Staffy/Lab mix who is a chocolate-colored bundle of pure love! Iris's favorite activity is showering everyone she meets with kisses – people, dogs, and even cats! She has the sweetest puppy-dog eyes and a charming expression that might look like a pout but is actually a sign of her immense happiness. Iris is an incredibly affectionate and cuddly pup who loves to snuggle up close. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, enjoying playtime, wrestling, and cuddling with her canine friends. While she's still young and can be a bit shy, occasionally submissive peeing out of sheer joy, her gentle nature and big heart shine through.

Ideal Home

Iris would thrive in a home that appreciates a loving, people-oriented puppy. She's active enough for fun adventures but also loves nothing more than curling up for cuddles. She would do best with dog-savvy cats who understand her curious puppy nature.

Ongoing Health

Iris is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP vaccinations with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccine. She has also received multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. She has tested negative for heartworm. Her adoption fee includes spay/neuter surgery and a microchip with free lifetime registration.

Training & Support

Iris will benefit from positive training, structure, and opportunities to build confidence as she continues to grow.
