Meet Lance!

Lance is a charming 4-year-old, 50-pound neutered mixed breed with a giant personality and an even bigger heart. He's the kind of dog who will be your most loyal best friend and is always up for some fun! Lance is a graduate of the Paws Behind Bars training program, where he excelled and discovered his love for working alongside his person. He's mastered commands like sit, down, stay, wait, touch, and more. Lance is a smart cookie, eager to please, and a pleasure to walk on a leash. While he's a clever boy who might occasionally test boundaries, he's always happy to listen once he knows you're serious. His goofy and playful spirit makes him an absolute joy to have around! Lance is a toy enthusiast and finds his greatest happiness when he has a toy to carry or play with. He truly finds joy in the simple things and is always ready to bring a smile to your face.

Ideal Home

Lance does well with other dogs and older children. Due to his enthusiastic nature and sometimes not realizing his own strength, a home with older children is recommended to ensure he doesn't accidentally knock over younger ones during play. He is not suited for homes with cats or other small animals.

Ongoing Health

Lance is neutered and up-to-date on all his shots and microchipped.

Training & Support

Lance is a smart and eager-to-please dog who has completed a training program. He knows many commands and walks well on a leash. He may occasionally test boundaries, but responds well when clear expectations are set.

• An adoption fee of $300 applies, which covers his neuter, updated vaccinations, microchipping, deworming, and any other medical care he received.
