Harlow

Meet Harlow! This handsome young Lab mix is about 8 months old and ready to find his forever family. Harlow and his sister were found abandoned and in rough shape, but thanks to a wonderful foster, they're now thriving and looking for loving homes. Harlow is a bundle of energy who loves to play, and he's not afraid to join in on a good wrestling match with his canine companions, big or small. He's proven to be a social butterfly with dogs of all sizes, though he does appreciate a little time to get acquainted.

Harlow's absolute favorite thing is his person, and he's happiest when he's by your side, whether it's playtime or cuddle time. He’s very attached to his foster mom and adores the children in the home, often following them around. He can be a bit shy around new people, especially men, and might do best in a home with a calmer atmosphere where he can build his confidence as he settles in.

Ideal Home

Harlow would thrive in a home where he can receive plenty of attention and playtime. He needs slow introductions to new people, especially men, and may prefer a low-traffic environment until he feels secure.

Ongoing Health

Harlow will be neutered before transport. All other health information is based on our veterinarian's best guess.

Training & Support

Harlow is a smart cookie and is already picking up the basics! He's crate and potty trained and eager to learn. With patience and positive reinforcement, he'll continue to blossom.

Transporation

Harlow is currently in a foster home in Houston, TX. He can be transported out of state once an approved adopter is found. Transports run every few weeks, and he will be scheduled for the next available transport upon approval.
