Chelan

Meet Chelan! This adorable 3-month-old, 8-pound female is a mix of Chihuahua and Min Pin, bursting with puppy charm and personality. She came to us as a stray and is now looking for her perfect forever family. Chelan can be a little shy when she first meets new people, but once she feels comfortable, her sweet and social side really comes out. She loves attention and being around people she trusts.

Ideal Home

Chelan would love a home where she can feel safe, loved, and included as part of the family. She is a young puppy and will need a family committed to training, socialization, and all the fun that comes with raising a puppy.

Ongoing Health

Chelan will be spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations. She has also been given a general wormer and started on heartworm preventative.

Training & Support

As a young puppy, Chelan is still learning about the world and will need patient, consistent training and socialization to help her grow into a wonderful companion.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Do not set up an appointment to meet animals until you are ready to take your pet home.
• If a meeting results in a match, you can often take the dog home the same day or within a couple of days if medical care hasn't been completed.
• We are not able to hold pets for adopters beyond this time.
• We have a 30-day trial period. If for any reason the adoption isn't a good match, the adoption fee will be refunded minus $100 within 30 days of the return of the dog.
• We require that pets be returned to us at any time that adopters are unable or unwilling to care for the animal.

Transportation

Chelan is located in Mukwonago, WI. Adopters must come to us; we do not ship our pets. We adopt primarily in WI and IL but will consider applicants in MN, IA, and MI.
