SADIE

Sadie is a sweet and lovely 60-pound Australian Shepherd and Lab Mix. She came to us a bit overweight but has worked hard to get healthy and is now feeling great! Sadie is house-trained, happy to spend time alone, and absolutely adores her walks. She's also great with kids of all ages and does well with other dogs after proper introductions. While she generally gets along with everyone, she does appreciate her own space and might find puppies or very high-energy dogs a bit challenging. We're not sure how she'd do with cats just yet.

At 7 years old, Sadie is calm and easy-going but still has a playful spirit and would thrive with a family committed to daily walks. She's a very vocal communicator, so you'll always know exactly what she needs! Sadie is a loving companion who is content just to be by your side, making her a wonderful addition to many types of households.

Ideal Home

Sadie would do best with a family who can commit to daily walks to keep her active and happy. She's good with kids and dogs with proper introductions, but might prefer a home without puppies or very high-energy dogs.

Ongoing Health

Sadie came to us overweight and has successfully reached a healthy weight.

Training & Support

Sadie is house-trained and does well at home alone. She is very vocal and will let you know when she needs something.
