SWEET SWEET Small Breed Senior Looking For A New Home!

Tina is an adorable 11-year-old who was rescued as a stray in 2019. She was adopted by a loving owner, but unfortunately, her owner's circumstances have made it difficult to provide the care Tina deserves. Tina was diagnosed with diabetes in 2020 and requires insulin injections twice daily, which she readily accepts after her meals. She is house-trained and crate-trained, happily sleeping in her crate at night. Tina is spayed, vaccinated, and current on preventions. She is currently a little overweight at 10.5 lbs.

Ideal Home

Tina gets along well with other small dogs and tolerates larger dogs if they don't bother her. Car rides are not her favorite activity. She is cautious around strangers and will bark when someone comes to the door, protecting her family with a tenacious spirit. Tina is very loving once she gets to know you, forming a strong attachment to her caregiver. She is gentle and patient with children who are old enough to understand how to treat a small, older dog.

Tina is diabetic and requires insulin injections twice daily.

Tina is housetrained and crate-trained. She can be barky at the door and is cautious around strangers.
