Oscar

Oscar is a sweet, playful 5.5-month-old Great Pyrenees mix who loves to be near his people. He spent the first few months of his life on a farm and has had a lot of exposure to other animals, but we believe he would be happiest as a solo pet. Oscar enjoys cooling off with dips in the water and would absolutely love a kiddie pool to splash in on hot days! If you're looking for a handsome and affectionate new companion, Oscar is your guy.

Oscar would do best as the only pet in the home.

Ongoing Health

Oscar is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and flea/heartworm prevention. He will receive a veterinary health exam and certificate within 10 days of departure.

Training & Support

No specific training needs were mentioned, but as a young dog, continued positive reinforcement will help him thrive.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• The adoption fee is $300 plus transport, which includes all age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, and a heartworm test. For dogs 6 months and older, the fee includes spay/neuter.
• Adoption interviews and meet-and-greets are conducted via video call.
• Adoptions are not first-come, first-served; the goal is to find the best possible home for each animal.

Transporation

Oscar is fostered in Texas but available for transport to a predetermined location agreed upon by Wags. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport.
