Meet Tulip!

Tulip is a 6-year-old French Bulldog mix who is the definition of a velcro dog. Once she chooses her person, she’s all in—following you from room to room, curling up beside you on the couch, and making sure you’re never alone. She may be a little shy at first, but once you’ve earned her trust, you’ll have a loyal companion for life. Most days, Tulip is perfectly content lounging in her cozy bed, soaking up the sun, or snuggling with her favorite humans. But every now and then, she’ll surprise you with a burst of zoomies and playful energy. She especially enjoys plush toys and would love a canine sibling to play with—bonus points if it’s a fellow Frenchie! After spending much of her life caring for puppies of her own, Tulip deserves a home where she can finally be the baby. She is looking for a family who will cherish her, spoil her with affection, and give her the happy, comfortable retirement she has earned. In return, she’ll give you unwavering loyalty, endless cuddles, and a love that fills every room she follows you into.

Ideal Home

Tulip would thrive with someone who works from home or has a flexible schedule and can let her outside every few hours, as she is still adjusting to a potty training routine. An apartment could work for her, but an elevator would be a must due to her short legs not being built for many stairs. Tulip is not a fan of crates.

Ongoing Health

Tulip has allergies and a sensitive stomach, and benefits from an owner who understands the unique needs of the breed. She had a seizure from Metronidazole, so she might be allergic to it. She has been spayed and is up-to-date with all her vaccines.

Training & Support

Potty training is still a work in progress. Tulip gets tired after about 10 minutes of walking, so her walks are kept short. Previous bulldog experience would be wonderful, but most importantly, she needs someone committed to keeping her healthy, comfortable, and loved.
