Meet Sookie, a 3-year-old sweetheart who is the definition of an athletic overachiever and a total cuddle monster! She came to us after deciding that staying home wasn't quite her style. Sookie is part dog, part gymnast, and 100% heart. She has an athletic side that loves to play, but she also leans in for affection like it's her life's mission and melts right into your arms when you hold her. She thrives on love, touch, and being close to her person, making her your shadow in the best possible way.

Ideal Home

Sookie is looking to be the one and only queen of her castle. She has made it very clear that she would prefer a home without cats or small animals, as they are just too much fun for her to chase!

Ongoing Health

Sookie has been vaccinated, dewormed, and treated for fleas. Once her current heat cycle is complete, she will be spayed and microchipped.

Training & Support

Sookie is an athletic dog who may see a fence as a jungle gym. She would likely benefit from a home that can provide her with plenty of physical and mental stimulation to prevent boredom.
