Louis

Louis is a sweet young Pug who came to us in severe medical need. He was experiencing a significant obstruction due to a bladder stone, which caused trauma and infection in his bladder wall and spread to his kidneys. Louis underwent surgery to address this and is currently on the road to recovery. We are providing him with all the care he needs to get better.

Ideal Home

Louis is currently focused on his recovery and is not yet ready for adoption. We will provide updates when he is closer to being ready to find his forever home.

Ongoing Health

Louis has undergone surgery for a bladder stone obstruction. He is being closely monitored as he recovers from the trauma and infection in his bladder and kidneys.

Training & Support

Louis's current priority is healing. His training and house-training status are not yet known as he needs to focus on his medical recovery first.

Louis is currently located with PugHearts the Houston Pug Rescue in Alvin, TX. Transportation options will be discussed for approved adopters.
