He's one of those dogs who makes you smile the moment you see him, with his comically adorable low-slung Basset Hound body and a Labrador head full of expression, sweetness, and charm. Rocky came to us after his elderly owner could no longer care for him. There's no trauma, no mystery, just years of love. He's been adored since he was 8 weeks old, and it shows in his confident, easygoing nature.
