After being an absolutely amazing mother to a whopping nine puppies, Krystel is officially retired from mom duty and ready to focus on her favorite subject: herself! This kind, gentle girl is a wonderful "all-terrain" companion who seamlessly transitions from an elite outdoor explorer to a world-class indoor couch potato. She is an active and friendly girl with a deep love for adventure. She is a natural explorer with excellent hunting skills and a spectacular sense of smell. Her absolute favorite outdoor activities include tracking, sniffing, and using her natural instincts (including keeping your yard free of field mice!). Krystel is a great swimmer and would leap at the chance to splash in a lake, a creek, or even just her very own backyard baby pool. She also loves a good game of fetch in the sunshine. When the outdoor adventures are done for the day, Krystel is completely laid back and loves being an inside dog. She has a heart of gold and is incredibly gentle. She is happiest when she is with her people the majority of the time, whether that means going for car rides or just hanging out nearby. She loves being petted and praised, but she also values her peace and quiet, happily settling down on her dog bed or the couch for some relaxing "me time." Krystel is a true social butterfly who spreads joy wherever she goes. She absolutely loves people, kids, and other dogs. Her maternal, patient nature makes her an excellent fit for a family with children, and she would love a home where she can be a true central part of the daily household routine.
Ideal Home
A home with a 5+ foot fence so she can safely sprint and play. Humans who will take her on walks, car rides, and trips to the water. A home with kids or other dogs where she can soak up endless affection. A comfortable spot inside to snooze after a busy day of exploring.
