About Lucho

Lucho is the shining star of the shelter! He arrived one cold winter night, a little skinny and very scared. It took some time for Lucho to feel safe and learn to trust people, but once he did, he absolutely bloomed into the wonderful dog he is today! Lucho is a very people-oriented boy who just wants to be with his favorite humans. He's a smart cookie and already knows how to "sit," "wait," "leave it," and "let's go." He loves exploring the woods and zooming around in the yard.

Ideal Home

Lucho is still working on his leash-walking skills and manners. Due to his size, he will need a strong handler with experience with his breed. He cannot live with children under 8 or children 8 and up.

Ongoing Health

Lucho has been neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Lucho is still learning leash manners and needs consistent training. He will thrive with a confident and experienced handler.
