Milo is a 5-year-old, approximately 65 lb, sweetheart with a gentle soul and so much love to give. After being rescued from a heartbreaking situation in Miami, he’s proven just how resilient and loyal he is—and now he’s ready for a safe, loving home of his own. He enjoys the simple things: long walks, playtime, and curling up for cuddles. He’s also a bit of a “talker,” adding plenty of personality and charm to your day. Despite everything he’s been through, Milo remains incredibly loving, trusting, and ready to bond deeply with his person. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will stick by your side through everything—and reward you with endless affection—Milo is waiting for you.

Ideal Home

Milo is great with kids, though he can get a little excited at times, and he does well with other dogs with slow, proper introductions. Because of his past, Milo can be sensitive to loud noises like storms and fireworks, so he would do best in a home that can offer comfort and reassurance during those moments.

Ongoing Health

Milo is fully vetted, which includes being neutered, up-to-date on shots, heartworm negative, and protected with a yearly prevention shot.

Training & Support

Milo has wonderful manners. He is house-trained, crate-trained, leash-trained, and knows several commands including sit, lay, turn around, and paw—he’s a smart boy who loves to engage with his people.
