Amaya is a 6.3lb Blue Heeler Mix with an estimated birthday of March 19, 2026. Her journey began on the streets, where she and her family were simply trying to survive. Thankfully, a compassionate volunteer found them and brought them to safety, giving this sweet girl the chance at the life she deserves. Now that she's experiencing love, comfort, and security, Amaya is blossoming into the happiest little puppy. She has a joyful spirit, a wagging tail, and a heart overflowing with affection. Whether she's bouncing around during playtime, chasing toys, or snuggling up for cuddles, Amaya brings happiness wherever she goes. This adorable girl is discovering that humans can be kind, treats appear regularly, and cozy beds are pretty amazing. Every day she grows a little more confident, a little more playful, and a little more ready for her forever family. Amaya dreams of a home filled with love, adventures, belly rubs, and people who will cherish her for the wonderful girl she is. Amaya is vaccinated with age-appropriate vaccines and is microchipped. An alteration contract needs to be signed by the adopter to complete the adoption.
Training & Support
Amaya is currently working on kennel and potty training.

- Listed breed is based on a best guess estimation by rescue and veterinary staff.
- Adopters are eligible to receive 50% off training with Curbed Behaviors Dog Training for programs booked within 30 days of adoption, and 25% off programs booked within 60-90 days of adoption.

Transporation
Amaya is located in Houston, TX and transport out of state is available for an additional fee.
