Chucky

Meet Chucky, a 4-year-old, 77-pound Staffy mix with the squeezable cheeks of a puppy and the heart of a gentle giant. Chucky's ideal day involves snuggling up close, convinced he still belongs on your lap. He's a laid-back guy who enjoys leisurely walks, playing with toys, and lounging on the couch. Chucky thrives on love and security, and his loyalty knows no bounds once he bonds with his family.

Ideal Home

Chucky would love a home with a yard for his sniffing adventures and a family who can offer him plenty of affection. He’s doing well with smaller female dogs but isn't a fan of big male dogs. He can also get a bit jealous if he’s not the center of attention, so a family with older children (10+) or an adult-only home might be best.

Ongoing Health

Chucky is a healthy boy with no ongoing health concerns mentioned.

Training & Support

Chucky knows "sit" and "stay" and is working on his prey drive with small animals. He is crate-trained but prefers a cozy corner with a baby gate. He thrives on routine and consistency to feel secure.

Transporation

Chucky is currently being fostered in Texas and will be transported to his forever home by our rescue. Transports depart weekly.
